The last few months have been incredibly busy for all @ DRUMMER Magazine in the run up to a very special milestone: the 100th issue!! Having been involved with the magazine for just under three years, starting with my tuition column and some special features, I feel extremely fortunate and honoured to be working as assistant editor at this very special time. The issue is packed with great features, including interviews with Chad Smith, Dave Elitch, Jonathan 'Ginger' Hamilton (which is an interview I did after the 2011 London Drum Show) and Gilson Lavis, as well as the usual mixture of reviews, news and world class tuition. In other Drummer related news, I'm currently working hard preparing for 'DRUMMER Magazine: On Tour' at the end of February (details HERE) as well as reviews and features for forthcoming issues!
